Introduction

The 610 model automatic high-speed large-turn paper cutter can not only be used with different models of toilet paper rewinders to complete automatic cutting. It can also be used with a large facial tissue folding machine to complete the cutting of facial tissue. Compared with the fully automatic band saw paper cutter, this machine is faster, more stable and more practical.

The large rotary single channel paper cutter is a specially designed machine for automatic continuous cutting and drawing of paper. The design and manufacturing of the whole machine adopt the latest electronic technology and dual servo transmission technology, greatly enhancing the stability of paper cutting, fast and flexible waste removal, anti-static synchronous belt solving the problem of finished product sticking to the belt, improving the conveying accuracy compared to traditional belts, and improving the cutting quality of paper drawing.

The paper feeding system of the large rotary single channel paper cutter is the unique feature of this machine. It is driven by a dual servo motor system, intermittently moves to transport and extract paper, and has segmented control of the front and rear conveying sections to accurately control the cutting length of the paper; Rotary paper cutting method, with a rotating and swinging circular knife holder, the circular knife rotates on its own axis to accurately cut the drawn paper; Configure an automatic sharpening system to automatically sharpen round knives, with the grinding wheel feeding automatically and parameters adjustable through the touch screen.
